Welcome to Reed Performance Motorsports.  We are proud to have been instrumental in bringing the Superformance brand to the U S;  We started the Superformance revolution by importing the first Superformance cars  back in the late 1980s.  We are the only surviving and continually operating dealer in the United States.

You will find owner, Doug Reed, to be extremely knowledgeable in every aspect and detail of our Superformance cars.

The mission statement for Reed Performance Motorsports says it all:

“Our mission is not to sell cars and make money, but rather, to make friends and help these friends fulfill their motoring dreams.  Our sales should be an emotional experience for everyone involved;  If not we will have failed in our mission”

At Reed Performance, we take pride in providing that extra personal touch.  We take  time to analyze each customer and deliver that exacting car to match their needs and wants.   Sorry, but we dislike “trailer queens” or “show only” vehicles.  Our cars beg to be driven hard and are designed to take it.  We can help you build that sweet, everyday driver, with air conditioning, automatic, and removable hardtop;   or that extreme performance pro-street car, capable of 10 second quarter mile times, with 0-60 in under 3.4 seconds.

At Reed Performance the impossible is only underfunded.

Give us a call or email us for that personal attention you deserve.

Customer praise:

From Jay ----- MD

We LOVE it!!!!!  It is way cool-- I feel like I'm a 17 year old with like the coolest car in the world.  Thanks for all your help and advice and stuff.  Getting used to mashing the pedal to floor slowly….WOW what acceleration.  I've mastered the soft top and the windows and just discovered today that it has a power plug for a cell phone-- you forgot to tell me about that.  What would Carroll Shelby say!!??!!  Chris and I haven't figured out how to screw in it yet--  I'm afraid I'll throw my back out again if we try too hard.  Keep in touch, and thanks again-- Your friend--  Jay -------

From Bob, CEO of a huge Corporation in Dallas area:

I continue to love the car, and it easily is the most fun ride one could hope for.  Besides the Beech Bonanza, the other fun rides currently in the stable are the CL55 (which I traded the S500 sdn for) and a 1988 Testarossa which I picked up this summer.  Easily, the Cobra tops 'em all for fun and testosterone-pumping excitement.

Your always kind enough to ask about Anita, my wife, and I'm happy to report she continues to do really well.  Just completed four medical visits (including another MRI) yesterday and while the tumor is clearly there, the chemo has shrunk it some and everyone is reasonably calm that we can keep it from becoming worse.

Thanks again, your friend Bob S------

Doug, and  Ronnie

Well, I've put ~500 miles on the car and just wanted to let you guys know
how much I've enjoyed the Superformance Cobra.  It’s been everything I
imagined and much, much more.  Every place I go it draws a crowd.
Never before have I bought something for $50K+ and felt like I should
thank the sellers.  But, thank you for selling me such a magnificent car.

Doug,

It is rare in this world of corruption and deceit that you can even find anyone that you can trust to make something you care strongly about come to fruition.

YOU, my friend, are one of those rare individuals that make the word friend mean something...through good times and bad, you are there waiting for the time when you can make good on all those promises you and only you know are the right things to do. Small things no ones else thinks of but you remember that will make things go smoothly.

This purchase was more than a car for me, it is something that makes me feel whole. I have some real issues with my health and have been in the dumps for quite some time. I wasn't sure if a Superformance might be the key to unlock some of my past happiness but it was worth a shot.

Your help has made me feel really different, not just mentally but in a physical sense also. I am not having a "mid-life" crisis, God knows that is long past. This gives me a reason to crawl out of bed or get up from a comfortable chair and get back enjoying life, not just watching it go by.

Number 2856 is like a rebirth of sorts, one that will carry me for many moons.

For that my friend..... I owe you more than a simple "thanks"... much more than that. Off I go now on a grand adventure, as I say many times and in different ways....  "Life is short and you are dead a long time."  "You owe it to yourself"

Enjoy your day, kiss your wife.

Jim

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. The journey should end with a thoroughly used up body, driving a Cobra sideways through the Pearly Gates, throwing in a few smoking donuts while screaming...."WOO HOO, WHAT A RIDE !!! "  --- Doug Reed
